How It Works

After your initial FREE consultation, if we decide to work together you will undergo extensive health and lifestyle assessments. We’ll also carry out biometric and functional exams and a home blood test which will measure 57 biomarkers to give a thorough assessment of your overall system health. This will provide the baseline which we will monitor as you progress through the three phases of your longevity programme.

Throughout your programme we will have hour-long, one-to-one coaching sessions every two weeks over video call, and carry out monthly biometric progress checks using the home testing kit you'll be provided with. Across a 12 month programme we will spend over 30 hours together which is typically much more than others offer. This is because longevity is the long game. It takes time to establish lasting behaviours and change which is why we give you that extra level of support.

Once we have reviewed all of your results, we will work together to triage where we begin. It is important that we don’t try to do too many things from the start as this could overload your system and be counter productive.

 

For example, we may agree that in order to build strong foundations we start with nutrition. For someone else it could be sleep optimisation and for another, stress management.

The key is that we remove or reduce the things that are most impacting your immediate healthspan before we expand out to other aspects.

Phase 1

We'll set your foundational health by removing, reducing or replacing the things that are most impacting your immediate healthspan.

Once your foundations are established, we’ll layer on further lifestyle interventions which really start to build resilience in your system and move you into replenishment.

 

At the 6 month mark we will carry out a complete re-test and, based on this, update your plan with new short and long-term goals to continue your system optimisation and path to healthy ageing.

The final phase of care identifies any remaining key areas of support your body needs, and reinforces new behaviors as we move towards wrapping up your 12 month programme.

 

You will get a final re-test where we’ll review the full suite of Health Assessments / Biomarkers / Blood Tests and create your personalised Longevity Stack for lifelong health.

 

After the 12 month programme, clients often choose to stay in touch.

 

Whilst they don’t need contact as often, the guidance and accountability keeps people on track over the long-term.

 

This will be discussed as your programme comes to an end.

Together, we identify any remaining key areas your body needs and create your personalised Longevity Stack for lifelong health.
